Today, I spent my time editing and refining my screenplay. As I delved into the process, I quickly realized the importance of creating a seamless flow within the narrative. I previously was writing scenes out of order so that, I could get something down. Now I am trying to make it into a cohesive screenplay. I revisited each scene, ensuring that the language, dialogue, and actions of the characters aligned with the overall tone I want to convey. A well-paced script captures the attention of readers and viewers, propelling them forward with an irresistible momentum. To achieve this, I meticulously examined each scene's length and structure, trimming unnecessary dialogue or descriptions that disrupted the flow. I am adding to my descriptions whilst making them concise. This process is taking a long time because I am continuously adding scenes and deleting old ones that don't fit right.
